> Olib AI makes software for defined operational work. Companies can use an existing Olib AI product, commission software for a workflow their current systems do not support, or request an independent launch review of an AI-built application. Olib AI was founded in 2023 and is based in Stone Mountain, Georgia, USA.

## What Olib AI does

Olib AI works with customers in three ways:

1. Products for digital work, browser automation, privacy, video, computer vision, infrastructure, and healthcare operations.
2. Custom workflow software that connects people, systems, approvals, and business rules.
3. Launch reviews for AI-built applications, focused on security, reliability, customer-data isolation, scaling, and avoidable cloud or model costs.

The first conversation identifies the problem and the smallest useful next step. Deployment, ownership, access, support, timing, and price are defined before paid custom work begins.

## Governance, ethics, and sustainability

Olib AI treats governance, ethics, and sustainability as design requirements.

- Governance: access, approval points, spending limits, audit records, data boundaries, and applicable compliance requirements are defined for the work.
- Ethics: automation is intended to remove repetitive computer work while keeping people accountable for decisions that affect other people.
- Sustainability: when a job allows it, Olib AI runs models on phones or servers already in use. This can reduce recurring cloud fees, data transfer, and data-center computing while keeping more data local. Local processing is used when it fits the job, not as a blanket promise for every product.

- Examples: reading an inbox, updating a CRM, processing documents, working in browser portals, and sending exceptions to a person.
- Controls: the customer defines system access, spending, and approval requirements. Actions are recorded.
- Deployment: managed and self-hosted options are available.

- Purpose: Self-hosted browser automation at scale.
- Details: works with Playwright and Puppeteer workflows, supports plain-language element matching, and provides built-in automation tools.

### CamScribe

- Purpose: Handles phone calls, appointments, insurance checks, reminders, and integrations for healthcare offices.
- Relationship: Built by Olib AI and now operated independently.

### Cleanton

- License: Proprietary software distributed at no cost. It is not open source.
- Purpose: A native Apple Silicon macOS app and command-line tool for reviewing developer caches, uninstalling applications and leftovers, and scanning installed packages for suspicious code.
- Safety behavior: cleanup is reviewed first, removed files go to Trash by default, and security scans do not modify packages.
